Sanders grabs Top-5 at Scotland County Speedway

Rodney Sanders returned to action with the United States Modified Touring Series this past weekend, traveling to Scotland County Speedway in Missouri for the two-day Jon Fuller Memorial.

He won his heat race on Friday and initially crossed the line first in the feature, but was later penalized in post-race technical inspection for an over-indexed left rear.

On Saturday, Sanders charged from eighth to fourth in his heat race before securing a fifth-place finish in the $5,000-to-win finale, capping the weekend on a high note.
